Mevo wants metal markers on the ball. Better Golf Tee plays nicely with that workflow.

Mevo placement

Mevo (original or Mevo+) sits 7 to 8 feet behind the ball. It uses Doppler radar and computer vision. It needs a metallic ball marker on the ball for indoor use.

Caddy placement

Trailing side, outside the stance. Mevo does not care about the caddy or cord; it tracks the ball, not the surrounding setup.

Tee height

Match the height to the club. Mevo's launch angle reading is more accurate at on-grass-equivalent heights, especially for driver shots.
